Job OverviewWe’re looking for a creative and experienced Visual Designer with robust skills in branding, visual design, organized and structured workflows.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling branding projects, leading a design team, delegating work, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. You should be someone who takes ownership, is accountable for deliverables, and can guide junior designers while maintaining strong creative standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Conceptualization• Create visually engaging designs for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and branding projects.
• Translate briefs into high-impact visual stories aligned with brand identity.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and brands.
Branding & Visual Identity• Work on end-to-end branding projects, from concept development to final execution.
• Develop brand identities including logos, typography, colour palettes, layouts, and visual systems.
• Create brand guidelines and ensure consistency across different brand touchpoints.
• Translate brand strategy and positioning into strong visual identities.
Team Management & Ownership• Lead and manage the visual design team and oversee day-to-day deliverables.
• Delegate work effectively based on project requirements and team capabilities.
• Review team output and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
