The Role
We're looking for a Campaign Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of digital campaigns across our out-of-home media portfolio. You'll work closely in assisting our internal sales team, clients and operations ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive and interested in building a career in the media and advertising industry.
What You'll Do
· Maintain up to date and accurate client campaign data records in CRM system
· Complete client data integrity checks prior to contract generation
· Upload signed client contracts as required in CRM system
· Coordinate directly with clients to ensure campaign dates and artwork are approved in a timely manner
· Coordinate Proof of Play reports for clients
· Assist Sales & Operations teams with client complaints and/or service queries, including direct client communication
· Assist internal Operations team members with administrative tasks as required, including direct client communication
