Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and developing current corporate catering and food service opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence within the region.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, understanding their catering and canteen management needs, preparing and delivering proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with service standards. The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and reporting performance metrics to leadership.
