Role Description This full-time Team Lead Manager role is a hybrid position based in Indore, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.



The Team Lead Manager will oversee a team focused on affiliate marketing and lead generation, ensuring daily performance targets are met and campaigns run smoothly. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign metrics, guiding team members on lead quality and compliance, coordinating with affiliate partners and publishers, and optimizing customer acquisition strategies. The role also involves setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching and training, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to improve processes. The Team Lead Manager will be expected to maintain detailed reports, communicate progress to leadership, and contribute to the development of new performance marketing initiatives.
