Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads,



and building relationships with property owners, partners, and other stakeholders. The associate will conduct market research to understand trends in short-term rentals, prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, and support negotiations and deal closures. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, updating CRM or tracking tools, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and providing feedback on customer needs to improve JadeCaps’ offerings. The role requires a proactive approach to outreach, consistent follow-up, and a focus on driving growth across JadeCaps’ brands and technology solutions.
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Effective presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations tailored to property owner
