Role Description The Junior Account Executive role at BETA is a full-time, in office position based in Tiruvallur. This role involves supporting senior account executives in managing client relationships, assisting with preparation of proposals and presentations, and tracking account activities and deliverables. The Junior Account Executive will help coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, follow up on inquiries,
and contribute to resolving client issues in a timely manner. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, compiling reports, and participating in meetings to understand client needs and promote BETA’s suite of software products. The role also requires proactive identification of opportunities to expand accounts and improve client satisfaction.
