About the Role

eatSeeds is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently execute and manage digital marketing activities across multiple client accounts.

This is not just a social media posting role.

The person should understand the complete digital marketing ecosystem, including social media, paid advertising, SEO, analytics, CRM, content strategy, lead generation and reporting.

You will work closely with our strategy, content, design and video teams while handling brands across healthcare, retail, lifestyle and other industries.

We are looking for someone who understands marketing, takes ownership and can manage execution without constant follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities for multiple client accounts




* Create and manage monthly digital marketing and social media calendars
* Plan content ideas, campaigns, hooks and communication strategies
* Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers and other team members
* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms
* Plan, set up, monitor and optimise Meta Ads campaigns
* Plan, set up, monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns
* Conduct keyword research and execute on-page and off-page SEO activities
* Monitor website SEO performance and organic growth
* Work with Google Analytics to understand website traffic, user behaviour and conversions
* Track campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools
* Manage leads and customer journeys through Zoho CRM
* Maintain lead data, follow-up stages, campaign sources and CRM hygiene
* Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, lead quality and ROAS
