Role Description The Venue Sales role at VStar Exultation is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will identify and secure suitable venues for luxury and destination weddings, build and maintain relationships with venue partners, and negotiate contracts to meet client requirements and budget expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to venue-related inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing proposals,



and coordinating with internal planning and decor teams to ensure alignment on event logistics. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, meeting revenue targets, and providing professional support to clients throughout the venue selection and booking process.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, venue partners, and internal teams.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive venue bookings, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue goals.
• Experience in Training team members or junior staff on venue processes, client handling, and sales best practices.
• Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or wedding planning is highly beneficial.
• Ability to negotiate contracts, manage multiple projects, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, in office environment.
• Comfortable with local and occasional outstation
