Role Description The Room Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position based at Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa Bangalore in Bengaluru. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards, including making beds, replacing linens, dusting,



vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. The role includes handling guest laundry as required, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all safety and hygiene procedures are followed. Room Attendants interact courteously with guests, respond to service requests, and coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready in a timely manner.
