The Global Safety & Security organization is charged with protecting the people, brand, business operations and property of Salesforce by delivering trusted, creative and scalable safety and security programs. To accomplish this mission, we are seeking a Physical Security Associate Manager (Bangalore).
This position will report to the Manager of Security Operations (India) and be responsible for the execution of the Security Operations programs in India in partnership with our key stakeholders. Position requires local, onsite presence in our Bangalore office, with a primary responsibility for Salesforce Offices at multiple locations
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Manage the Physical Security Operations and engagement programs in India. This includes:
Compliance, Security audits and event support
• Oversee daily security operations across assigned Bangalore locations, including guarding, access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident response.
• Manage and mentor on-site security supervisors/guard force personnel and third-party security vendors.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents (physical safety, badge/access issues, health & safety concerns) and ensure proper case documentation and escalation.
