We’re looking for a highly creative Senior Visualizer who can think beyond layouts to conceptualize and execute visual ideas across digital, social, print, and video formats. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, storytelling ability, and actively contribute to brand strategy, shaping how a brand is positioned and communicated. If you enjoy turning insights into visuals that people actually notice, you’ll fit right in.

Key responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and develop strong visual ideas for campaigns, brands, and communication pieces.
• Contribute to brand and communication strategy by shaping how ideas are positioned visually.
• Translate briefs into compelling storyboards, layouts, and design directions.
• Work closely with copywriters and designers to bring cohesive ideas to life.
• Execute designs across formats social media, digital ads, print collaterals, presentations, and video frames.
• Ensure consistency of brand language across all creative outputs.




• Stay updated with design trends, formats, and evolving visual styles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a creative/advertising agency setup.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and visual storytelling.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition.
• Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, and print.
• Ability to think in ideas, not just execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred.

Valuable to Have:

• Basic understanding of motion graphics or video visualisation.
• Experience across diverse industries like Retail, B2B, or Energy.
• Strong eye for detailing and finishing.
