Must-Have Skills
• Advanced Tableau Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Expertise in LOD Expressions, Table Calculations, Parameters, Sets, Filters, and Interactive Dashboards.
• Strong experience in Tableau dashboard performance optimization.
• Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud & Governance
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
• Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS), data access controls, user/group permissions.
• Experience managing published and certified data sources.
• Understanding of data refresh strategies, extracts, schedules, and BI governance.
• Strong SQL & Data Warehousing




• Excellent hands-on SQL skills.
• Experience with Greenplum or other MPP/Data Warehouse databases.
• Strong understanding of query optimization and performance tuning.
• Data Modeling & BI Architecture
• Strong knowledge of Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
• Experience in data modeling and designing BI-ready datasets.
• Understanding of Tableau Live vs Extract strategies.
• Experience with Tableau data sources and enterprise BI architecture.
• Analytics Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Ability to lead BI/analytics initiatives from requirement gathering through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Experience mentoring Tableau/BI developers and driving best practices.
