About The Role

A Mumbai-based financial services firm is hiring a CRM Executive to manage and govern its Zoho CRM. The CRM is used daily by the Fund Raising, Investor Relations and Marketing teams to manage leads, deals, pipelines, campaigns and partner/investor conversations. You will own the CRM end to end, keeping it accurate, secure, well-structured and trusted, and you will report directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, including modules, fields, workflows, automations, user roles and permissions
• Set up current deals, sales pipelines and marketing campaigns in the CRM whenever a new offering is launched
• Build and test CRM changes in a sandbox before going live, and maintain a written change log with a rollback plan
• Ensure CRM data stays separate from the core financial record system: no financial figures are entered or calculated in the CRM




• Plan and execute bulk imports and data migrations with proper backups and verification before and after loading
• Fix the root cause of recurring data issues (duplicates, blank mandatory fields, incorrect entries) instead of correcting individual records
• Set up lead routing so every new lead has a clear source and is assigned to the right salesperson without delay
• Design and maintain the handover process between the Fund Raising and Investor Relations teams so no investor or context is lost
• Build reports and dashboards for business teams; financial figures must be reviewed and signed off by Finance
• Integrate the CRM with email, WhatsApp, marketing automation and analytics tools, and check integrations regularly
• Manage user access: provide role-based access on day one, and update or remove it the same day a user changes role or leaves
• Train new joiners on the CRM before they work on live records
