Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based at The Den Bengaluru in Whitefield. The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages to guests at The Nest bar and other hotel venues, following hotel standards, recipes,



and responsible service guidelines. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, mixing classic and signature cocktails, serving wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, and ensuring accurate billing and cash handling. The role also involves maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels, checking inventory, supporting opening and closing procedures, and coordinating with the Food & Beverage and kitchen teams. The Bartender is expected to provide attentive, personalized service, recommend menu items, handle guest feedback professionally, and contribute to a refined and engaging bar atmosphere.
