Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Associate role based in Delhi, India.
• The Customer Success Associate will manage day-to-day interactions with school partners, educators, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective onboarding, product adoption,



and ongoing support.
• Responsibilities include responding to queries, resolving issues, gathering feedback, and guiding users on best practices to maximize the value of AcadAlly’s platform.
• The role involves monitoring customer health metrics, identifying risks to satisfaction or retention, and coordinating with internal teams to address concerns and improve services.
• The Customer Success Associate will also contribute to documentation, training materials, and process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
