Responsible for CA products and proposition management for the bank
Championing adoption and proliferation of digital technologies through core competence / partner alliances /platforms and solutions
Responsible for Business and P&L; objectives for Non-Individual and Self-Employed Segment (CA).
Responsible for overall CA product strategy including quality acquisition, deepening of book, new product launch, portfolio management and profitability.
• Improve the Customer life cycle framework, portfolio quality & attrition control, campaigns.
• Responsible for segmental Marketing initiatives strategy and execution. Driving skill development & Knowledge enhancement initiatives.
Coworking with key stakeholders (CMS, Trade-Forex, TBG, Customer Rewards, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Audit, Program & Channel Teams, etc.).
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining a consultative approach to product management
Developing support systems to seed, nurture and grow talents
Management of the product team and corporate office team for effective delivery on the business asks
Responsible for creating a motivational workplace for self / team and other colleagues
