Responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales of banking products such as Savings & Current Accounts (CASA), Fixed Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Investment products. The role involves identifying customer financial needs, generating leads through branch and field activities, cross-selling banking solutions, ensuring KYC and regulatory compliance, resolving customer queries, and delivering excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The Relationship Officer is also responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining robust relationships with customers, coordinating with internal teams for timely service delivery, and contributing to the overall business growth of the branch.
