Early access opens on August 1, with founding organizations receiving full MVP access, influence over the roadmap, and locked-in founding pricing.
Role Description The Founding Sales Executive will be responsible for building and executing the go-to-market strategy, identifying and qualifying leads,



and closing new business for Starcore’s workforce management platform. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting product demos, understanding client needs, shaping solutions with the product team, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to signed agreements. The role also involves gathering customer feedback to inform product development, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, and developing repeatable sales processes and documentation suitable for scale. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, working closely with the founding team to drive revenue growth and establish Starcore’s presence in the market.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally in HR, payroll, workforce management, or related domains.
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing deals
