Role Overview: As a Senior Associate, Advertiser Services, you will support advertisers by managing complex operational requests and ensuring efficient case resolution. You will play an important role in supporting advertiser program operations by troubleshooting platform issues, supporting operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, operational knowledge of affiliate marketing programs, and the ability to handle complex advertiser requests requiring independent analysis and resolution. Success in this role requires robust attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage workload effectively while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
