Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads through online research, prospecting, and outreach across multiple channels, including email, social media, and professional networks.



The role involves building and maintaining lead databases, updating CRM records, and segmenting prospects based on industry, needs, and buying potential. The specialist will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to nurture prospects, schedule meetings or demos, and support development of targeted campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking lead activity, preparing reports on pipeline progress, and continuously refining lead generation strategies to improve conversion rates.
