Job Summary

We are looking for a QA/QC Executive to ensure the quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance of all inbound, stored, and outbound materials at our warehouse. The role will involve quality inspections, hygiene and GMP monitoring, documentation, audits, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per defined quality standards.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO, storage conditions, labelling, and product traceability.




• Conduct regular hygiene, GMP, GHP, and warehouse compliance checks.
• Maintain and update QA/QC records, inspection reports, NCRs, deviation reports, and other quality documentation.
• Identify quality deviations and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Operations, and Logistics teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct sensory evaluation of products wherever required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI requirements and food safety standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, checklists, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor and support the effective implementation of CCPs and food safety controls.
