Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a GTM & Outbound Specialist.



The person in this role will design and execute go-to-market strategies that introduce WeLaunch’s AI systems to target verticals, including defining ideal customer profiles, crafting value propositions, and supporting positioning and messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include running outbound campaigns across email, social, and other channels; building and maintaining prospect lists; and conducting outreach that leads to qualified conversations and opportunities. The GTM & Outbound Specialist will collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to refine narratives, test current market segments, and iterate on campaigns based on performance data. They will also support pipeline management, track key metrics, and provide feedback from the market to inform product and portfolio decisions.
