We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our team, who will take the lead on designing inspiring, functional, and forward-thinking interior spaces for educational buildings.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop innovative interior design concepts specifically tailored for educational environments, ensuring they foster learning and engagement.
• Prepare accurate detailed working drawings, layout plans, and elevations.
• Accurately prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications for projects.
• Create compelling visual presentations and confidently pitch design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate seamlessly with architects, junior designers and other team members to ensure cohesive design integration.
• Conduct regular site visits to coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring execution aligns perfectly with the approved designs.
• Take ownership of project timelines, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met efficiently.
• Continuously explore recent materials, sustainable practices, and emerging global trends in educational design.
• Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion & Enscape.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
