Role Description The Assistant General Manager (AGM) role at BatFIN Private Limited is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing key business functions and driving operational excellence across the Battery-as-a-Service platform. The AGM will manage day-to-day business operations,



coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that service delivery, partner engagement, and customer experience align with company goals. This role includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic initiatives related to financing, battery lifecycle management, and market expansion. The AGM will contribute to planning and execution of growth strategies, handle stakeholder communication, and assist senior leadership with decision-making through data analysis and reports. The position requires proactive problem-solving, effective team leadership, and a strong commitment to BatFIN’s mission of sustainable and inclusive mobility.
