Job Description
Contract Administration Engineer
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
Experience: 5–8 years in Contract Administration in Construction/EPC/Infrastructure
Reporting: Head – Contracts
Key Responsibilities
• Review of variety of Contracts.
• Manage contracts from award to completion/close-out.
• Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables and compliance.
• Review and manage variations, claims, EOT, delays, notices and contractual correspondence.
• Evaluate Contractor/Subcontractor claims for time and cost entitlement.
• Maintain contract, claims, variation and notice registers.
• Review payment applications,



contractual deliverables and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Commercial, Procurement and Legal teams.
• Identify contractual risks and advise on mitigation.
• Support negotiations, dispute resolution and final account settlement.
• Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices and protection of company rights.

Required Skills
• Good knowledge of construction/EPC contracts and FIDIC.
• Solid contractual interpretation, drafting and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of EOT, delay, variation and claims management.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Primavera/MS Project knowledge preferred.

Preference: Candidates with main contractor/EPC experience and strong exposure to project-site contract administration.
