Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will manage client relationships, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable coverage across personal and commercial lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, preparing quotations,



explaining policy features and benefits, coordinating with insurance companies for proposals and renewals, and supporting clients with claims-related documentation. The Account Executive will maintain accurate records, follow up on premium payments, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and high-quality service. This role also involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in local marketing activities, and consistently upholding regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and clearly explain insurance products and coverage options.
• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in prospecting, cross-selling, and closing insurance or financial services deals.
