We are building a strong on-ground presence through customer engagement, brand activations, sampling initiatives, and community-driven marketing activities.

Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and execution-focused BTL Marketing Executive to manage and support below-the-line marketing activities, on-ground promotions, brand activations, and local events.
The role requires strong coordination, communication, customer interaction, vendor management, and hands-on field execution skills.

Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• Coordinate apartment activations, kiosks, sampling campaigns, and society events.
• Manage stalls, promoters, branding materials, and event setups.




• Drive customer engagement and product awareness through on-ground activities.
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth execution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor brand visibility and competitor activities across target locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage promotional materials.
• Ensure accurate customer data collection during events and activations.
• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement programs.
• Ensure all activities are executed as per brand guidelines and timelines.

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in BTL marketing, field marketing, events, or activations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-ground.
