Role Description The Procurement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, evaluating quotations, and issuing purchase orders for materials, components, and services. The Procurement Officer will negotiate contracts and terms, ensure timely delivery,



and maintain accurate purchasing records in alignment with company policies and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance teams, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing costs, and identifying opportunities to optimize supplier performance and reduce procurement risks. The role also involves supporting compliance with quality standards, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Qualifications
• Solid procurement and purchasing skills, including experience in vendor sourcing and supplier management.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, order processing, and procurement documentation.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation, including terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
• Well-developed analytical skills for cost analysis, supplier performance evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.
