Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at DigiPlus IT is a full time, on-site position based in Borivali. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. Responsibilities may include maintaining employee records, helping with onboarding processes, and supporting HR documentation and compliance activities.



The intern will also assist with organizing employee engagement initiatives, collecting feedback, and preparing basic reports and presentations. This role offers exposure to core HR functions in a technology consulting environment and opportunities to learn from experienced HR professionals.
