Role Description The Field Sales Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Kolkata. The intern will support outreach to local dealers, contractors, and builders to promote the Smart Structure platform and onboard recent partners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting market areas, explaining product offerings and app features, collecting and documenting partner information, and assisting with demonstrations of the app. The intern will help gather feedback from customers and dealers, report insights to the sales and operations teams, and support basic field marketing activities. The role requires regular field travel within Kolkata, maintaining accurate records of visits and leads, and contributing to growth initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with dealers, contractors, and customers on-site.
• Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and present product and app features clearly and confidently.
• Comfort with using smartphones and mobile apps; basic familiarity with digital marketplaces or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Good organizational skil
