Role Description The Medical Device Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasik. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective healthcare clients, presenting and demonstrating medical devices, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely orders and deliveries.



The Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, gather market and competitor insights, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and support after-sales service. The position requires regular visits to hospitals and clinics, accurate reporting of sales activities, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
• Strong Medical Sales knowledge, including experience selling medical devices or healthcare products.
• Understanding of Sales Processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to conduct effective Product Demonstrations, showcasing technical features and clinical benefits.
• Basic understanding of Medicine or healthcare terminology to communicate confidently with clinical stakeholders.
• Account Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
