Role: Manager - Media Planner (Offline)
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Mainline Media Planning, preferably within a media or advertising agency.

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Mainline Media Planning to develop and execute effective media strategies across Television, Print, Radio, and other traditional media channels.
The role will be responsible for audience and market analysis, media strategy, planning, budget allocation, media buying coordination, negotiations, campaign performance analysis and client management. The ideal candidate should have robust understanding of the Mainline media landscape, media research tools and campaign measurement metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Mainline Media Strategy & Planning
• Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with client and business objectives. OOH, Cinema and other Mainline channels.
• Conduct audience, market, category and competitor analysis to identify media opportunities.
• Develop media plans to maximize reach, frequency, impact and cost efficiency.




• Recommend appropriate markets, publications, TV channels/programs, radio stations based on campaign objectives and target audience.

Campaign Planning & Execution
• Develop annual, quarterly and campaign-specific Mainline media plans.
• Allocate media budgets across markets and media channels.
• Coordinate with media buying teams, publishers, broadcasters, radio stations, OOH vendors and other media partners.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns as per approved media plans.
• Monitor campaign schedules, spots, insertions and media deliverables.

Media Performance & Analysis
• Track campaign performance and media delivery against planned objectives.
• Analyse Reach, Frequency, GRPs/TRPs, CPP, CPM and other relevant media metrics.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and prepare performance reports.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve media efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
