Should have at least 4 years exp. in IT L3 & L4 chip level repairing, Laptop, Desktop,Motherboard, PCB repair, parts repair/ replacement.- BGA level servicing of laptop & Desktop mother boards- Positive Knowledge on L4 level troubleshooting using schematics, CRO, Multimeter etc.- Documentation of service complaints and assigning it to the service team member.- Document and escalate difficult issues.
