Role Description The Purchase Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities for food, raw materials, packaging, equipment,



and services to support Redivy’s kitchen operations and culinary brands. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves identifying vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely supply while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with kitchen, operations, and finance teams, and implementing cost-control measures aligned with HACCP, ISO, and internal SOPs. The Purchase Manager will track market trends, evaluate supplier performance, maintain accurate procurement records, and support audits and compliance requirements. This position plays a key role in optimizing supply chain efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting scalable growth across multiple formats.
