Role Description

POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) to manage and lead our program management function. This is a ground-floor chance to build the PMO as a one-person office initially, with potential to scale as our organization grows. A cross-functional launch coordinator sitting between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Training. They run the program-management process for product launches — requirements gathering, status tracking, roadblock reporting, and keeping project plans current — but they do not own any team's deliverables and do not make the call on how to recover a slipping timeline, that decision stays with the sponsors. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, ensure delivery discipline, and bring visibility to key initiatives across our UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Establish the PMO function,

defining lightweight processes and governance tailored to an agile SaaS delivery model. Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to plan, track, and report on key initiatives across UCaaS and CCaaS product lines. Develop and maintain dashboards, status reporting, and program metrics to ensure visibility for leadership. Facilitate cross-team alignment, identifying and resolving delivery risks and dependencies. Support quarterly and monthly planning cadences, ensuring priorities and resourcing are aligned. Drive consistency in program execution without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. Serve as the single point of contact for program and portfolio reporting, scaling the function over time as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification a plus). 15+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years
