Role Description The R&D; and Data Intern role is an on-site internship based in Faridabad. The intern will support laboratory experiments, assist in data collection and analysis related to wound care and skincare formulations, and help maintain accurate research records. Daily tasks may include preparing samples, conducting basic tests under supervision, organizing experimental data, and contributing to internal reports and documentation. The intern will collaborate with scientists and product development team members,



participate in team discussions, and help translate research findings into actionable insights for product improvement. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in biotechnology-focused R&D; and exposure to data-driven decision-making within a growing startup setting.

Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Research and Development (R&D;) and applied Research in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology related fields.
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and drawing clear conclusions from experimental results.
• Communication skills for documenting findings, preparing summaries, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of materials, following protocols, and accurately recording observations.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
