Role Description The Performance Marketer role at 9by16 Media is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the professional will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across key digital channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, setting and tracking performance KPIs, analyzing data and user behavior, and preparing regular performance reports and insights. The role also involves collaborating with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives,



conducting A/B tests, and identifying opportunities to improve acquisition funnels and return on ad spend. The Performance Marketer will stay current with platform updates, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in paid digital marketing channels (e.g., search, social, display) and performance-driven campaign management.
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with analytics tools, reporting dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
