Role Description The Sales and Service Specialist is a full time, remote role responsible for managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting suitable consulting and promotional solutions. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound communication, respond to client inquiries, and ensure timely,



high-quality service delivery. They will also support sales processes by preparing proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Additional responsibilities include coordinating basic training or product walk-throughs for clients, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and contributing feedback to improve services and processes.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and solution-oriented support.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead follow-up, opportunity identification, and closing or supporting closure of deals.
• Experience in Training or onboarding clients, providing product or service explanations, and guiding them through processes.
