About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities· Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, receipts,



and payments.
· Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
· Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
· Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
· Perform bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
· Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
· Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory requirements.
· Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up with concerned teams.
· Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and management statements.
· Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.
· Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
· Assist in audit activities and provide required financial documents.
· Track company expenses and ensure proper accounting and supporting documentation.
