Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nagpur,



with a combination of field work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and market development for CropTech’s product portfolio in the assigned territory, including crop protection, plant nutrition, bio solutions, seeds, and specialty products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing distributor and dealer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting field visits, and supporting demand generation through product demonstrations and farmer meetings. The Area Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and implement territory-level sales strategies aligned with company goals. The role also involves coordinating with agronomists, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, timely support, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
