About the role
We need someone with hands-on ISO 9001 experience to look after our quality systems and help get both our plants fully ISO ready, audit after audit.
What you'll do
- Maintain the QMS: procedures, SOPs, work instructions, records
- Keep both plants audit ready and support internal audits
- Support surveillance audits and close non-conformities
- Run inspection, testing and calibration routines on the shop floor
- Train the team so quality is a daily habit, not a pre-audit scramble
- Work with BIS and customer quality requirements
What you should have
- 2-3 years of hands-on ISO 9001 experience, ideally in cable, wire or manufacturing
- Taken part in certification or surveillance audits
- Internal auditor certification (a plus)
- Comfortable on the shop floor and with documentation
- Knowledge of BIS and IS standards for cables is a plus
Location: Bengaluru (on-site, plant visits)
