Zama exists to make real, wholesome food straightforward, accessible and delicious, while honouring India's extraordinary culinary heritage. We source directly from 55,000+ farmers across 42+ districts, bringing ethically grown, nourishing ingredients to the table across 200+ products.

The Role
This is not a typical brand strategy job. You'll sit in the Founder's Office and work directly with our Founder & Chief Strategy Officer to build the next chapter of Zama's brand from the ground up.
We're about to make Indian food culture exciting in a way it hasn't been before. Think of the brands that turned into things people collect, gift, post and queue up for. We want that energy, rooted in India. The work runs across three fronts: content creation, creative and branding, and PR and social.
That includes campaigns, packaging, collaborations, offline moments and cultural partnerships that people talk about. You'll shape the vision with us and then make it real.
What you'll do
You'll shape and protect Zama's brand voice, positioning and identity across every touchpoint, including digital, packaging, retail and real-world experiences. You'll lead content and storytelling, from concept to shoot to publication, and you'll be comfortable picking up a camera or directing the person holding one. You'll find, pitch and run brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, offline activations and creative tie-ups. You'll work with design, product, marketing and sales to make sure everything we put into the world feels unmistakably Zama. You'll read culture, consumer insight and the competitive landscape, and turn what you find into ideas. You'll track what's working, cut what isn't, and help plan Z
