We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and lead multiple Funtura operations across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the overall operations of multiple Funtura locations across Bangalore.
• Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations across all locations.
• Lead and manage large operational teams across multiple sites.
• Drive customer experience, service quality, and operational excellence.
• Monitor and achieve operational, financial, and business performance targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and overall business performance.




• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across locations.

Key Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading entertainment, amusement park, leisure, or similar operations.
• Proven experience in multi-location / regional operations management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent operational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, revenue management, cost control, and operational KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams in a fast-paced workplace.
