Role Description — Brand PartnershipsWe’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Hustler to join the founding team at Zhor.
You’ll be the person who makes things happen — finding the right brands, getting into rooms, pitching crazy ideas, closing deals, and turning partnerships into experiences people actually remember.
What you’ll do:
• Hunt for and build relationships with brands that fit Zhor
• Own the entire partnership journey — prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing → execution
• Create partnership ideas that make brands say “fuck yes”
• Build long-term relationships with founders, marketing heads & decision-makers
• Negotiate commercials,



deliverables and collaborations
• Work closely with the events & content team to make partnerships come alive
• Find unconventional opportunities — brands, creators, communities, events, and cultural moments
• Help build Zhor’s partnership playbook from zero → one

QualificationsWe care way more about hunger than a fancy degree.
You’ll probably thrive here if you:
• Are an absolute hustler — you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
• Can confidently walk into a room and talk to anyone
• Have insane communication + negotiation skills
• Understand brands, culture, social media & what Gen Z actually cares about
• Are naturally curious and constantly thinking “who can we partner with?”
• Can take a “no” 20 times and still make the 21st call
• Are organised enough to manage multiple partnerships at once
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset — you see problems and figure shit out
