The role combines senior client relationship management, investment advisory, portfolio construction, business development and relationship deepening. The Principal / Senior Principal Wealth will own and manage a portfolio of high-value client relationships, primarily comprising clients with ₹2 crore+ of investible assets/AUM potential.
The role requires a high degree of maturity, investment understanding and relationship capability. The individual will be expected to build deep, long-term relationships with clients and their families, become a trusted adviser on their wealth journey and significantly deepen AssetPlus' share of wallet over time.
This is a highly client-facing role and will involve regular physical meetings with clients, understanding their broader financial goals and family requirements, providing sophisticated investment recommendations and becoming a trusted long-term partner to the client and their family.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Senior Client Relationship Management
● Own and manage a defined portfolio of high-value HNI and UHNI clients, primarily with ₹2 crore+ of investible assets/AUM potential.
● Build deep, trusted and long-term relationships with clients and their families.
● Develop relationships beyond the primary client, including spouses, family members and the next generation where appropriate.
● Proactively engage clients through regular calls, portfolio reviews and face-to-face meetings.
● Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's financial goals, investment philosophy, risk appetite, liquidity requirements, existing portfolio and broader family circumstances.
● Act as the primary relationship owner and trusted wealth partner for the client.
● Ensure a consistently high-quality and differentiated AssetPlus Wealth experience for high-value clients.
