? What You’ll Do• BIM & Technical Documentation: Develop, refine, and review high-detail BIM models, drawings, and project documentation.

• Team Leadership & QA/QC: Lead and mentor a small technical team; conduct rigorous quality reviews to ensure adherence to international standards.

• Project Management & Scheduling: Plan project timelines, track deliverables, and manage zoning and building code compliances.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and authorities to clear RFIs and secure project approvals.

• Design & Research: Assist in design presentations, research cutting-edge building materials/systems, and participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings.

? What We Looking For• Experience: 3+ years in architectural practice with extensive BIM integration.
