Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager Head – Edtech/Education.



The role involves leading the digital marketing strategy for recruitment and branding, including planning and executing multi-channel campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and enrollments. The person in this position will oversee social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing lead generation funnels, tracking and optimizing campaign performance using web analytics tools, coordinating with counseling and sales teams, and identifying growth opportunities in the edtech/education space. The role also includes mentoring and guiding the digital marketing team, managing budgets, and presenting regular performance reports to leadership.
