About the Role
We're looking for a Content & Editorial Manager to lead our editorial voice across the Conversational AI & Customer Experience Summit (CACES) and our other global events. You'll turn conversations with senior executives and industry experts into insightful, high-quality content that engages decision-makers across AI and CX.
Key Responsibilities
• Write 2–3 original articles per week
• Produce one weekly newsletter
• Interview 1–2 senior executives per week and develop thoughtful interview questions
• Research AI developments across industries
• Convert speaker conversations into editorial content
• Manage the Insights section on our website
• Work with the marketing team on LinkedIn distribution
• Organise approximately one webinar per month
• Create research surveys
• Produce our first flagship market report
• Track newsletter subscribers, readership, and content performance
• Maintain an editorial calendar
• Use AI tools for research, transcription, repurposing,
and editing, while ensuring the final content is accurate and genuinely useful
What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in content writing, editorial, journalism, or content marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Confidence in interviewing senior executives and turning insights into compelling stories
• Solid research skills and interest in AI, technology, and customer experience
• Experience managing newsletters, editorial calendars, or content platforms
• Comfort with analytics and tracking content performance
• Familiarity with AI tools to support the content workflow
