Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive – SaaS to support the growth of our software products and services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers, and creating business opportunities for our SaaS solutions through strategic inside sales and relationship-building activities.
The role requires solid communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand customer challenges and position SaaS solutions that address their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify prospective customers, key decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
• Generate qualified B2B leads for SaaS products and related IT service offerings through outbound calling, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting activities.
• Initiate conversations with potential clients to understand their business requirements, identify pain points, and qualify sales opportunities.




• Present the value proposition of SaaS solutions and schedule meetings, discovery calls, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and contribute towards revenue-generation targets.
• Execute targeted inside sales and outreach campaigns to drive customer engagement and business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support lead-generation and business development initiatives.
• Track prospect responses, sales activities, and conversion metrics to improve outreach effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the SaaS market.
