Sales Expert – IT Courses
We are looking for an experienced Sales Expert to join our team and drive admissions for our IT training courses.
The candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, experience in IT course / EdTech / training sales, and the ability to convert leads into paid students.

Salary : 25,000 - 35000.
Salary: Salary is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and performance.
Tamil speaking is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand students' and job seekers' career goals and recommend suitable IT courses.
• Explain course benefits, syllabus, projects, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
• Conduct course counseling and product/course demonstrations.
• Convert interested leads into paid course enrollments.
• Follow up consistently with interested and pending leads.
• Handle objections related to fees, course duration, career opportunities, and other concerns.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.




• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Re-engage old and inactive leads to generate additional admissions.
• Generate new business through referrals, direct outreach, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain positive relationships with students and generate referrals.
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements
• Tamil speaking is mandatory.
• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, preferably IT course sales, EdTech, training institute, or educational sales.
• Proven experience in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with students, freshers, job seekers, and working professionals.
• Basic understanding of IT courses such as Full Stack Development, Python, React, Web Development, AWS/Cloud, Cyber Security, etc.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
